This unique blend of yin yoga, slow flow, and restorative postures will leave you feeling light and refreshed. Opening deep connective tissue and fascia, yin yoga focuses on postures held for longer periods of time (typically 2-5 minutes). Once the body is opened, you’ll flow slowly into a more restful and restorative practice. Connecting mind, body, and spirit, Yinstorative is the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and rejuvenate.
Yinstorative Classes are suitable for all levels and beginner friendly!

Relax & Restore

The perfect way to end your day! In a world where we are bombarded with stress, our body craves relaxation. To relax is to rest deeply. Find your blissful rest with gentle poses, using props for support, allowing your body to relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released. No experience needed!

Slow Flow

Wake up your body with a gentle, but strong, vinyasa practice. Before your day gets busy, take the time to slow down and connect with your body. Open to all levels!

Beginner Flow

Learn yoga postures, safe alignment, and breath. This strong slower paced class will help you build the foundation of your yoga practice. Perfect for beginners or those looking to get back to basics.

All Levels Flow

Linking movement with breath, this Vinyasa class combines the postures in a fluid sequence, similar to a dance. Building strength and flexibility through creative sequencing, this class will take you through sun salutations, standing postures, twists, inversions, back bends and more. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended, but beginners are welcomed.
